Shipping Information
We ship our products worldwide via international courier services.
Orders are typically dispatched within two to three business days after purchase.
Please note: Strad Espresso Maker is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied when your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and may also cause delivery delays.
International shipments (outside Spain) are handled by FedEx, UPS and DHL, in collaboration with Metropoli Cuatro, S.L.
Shipments within Spain are delivered via MRW or Correos Express.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain: 2–5 business days
Europe: 1–2 weeks
Rest of the world: 1–3 weeks
14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds cover only the cost of the items purchased. Original shipping fees, return shipping, customs duties, and any other charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
To start a return, email us at coffee@stradespresso.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
