14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Refunds apply only to the cost of the purchased items. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage or Loss
Refunds for loss or damage of your order are subject to the purchase of shipping insurance. Once the package has been dispatched, we do everything possible to monitor and track it until it reaches its destination. However, handling and processing go through multiple checkpoints that are, naturally, beyond our control.
Unfortunately, shipping companies charge an additional fee to guarantee compensation in case your package is lost or damaged. At checkout, you can choose between insured or uninsured shipping.
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost by shipping carriers unless they are insured.
Also keep in mind that insurance coverage is limited to a maximum of €690 for EU countries and €570 for non-EU countries, as these amounts are directly linked to the customs declaration.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Some products are not eligible for return, including custom or personalized items, special orders, and factory seconds. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, gifted products, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that bank transaction fees are non-refundable. Only the product cost and shipping fees will be refunded. The refund of shipping fees depends on the reason for the return.
For pre-orders or products that have not yet been shipped, the paid amount will be refunded minus bank transaction fees.
