14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.Refunds apply only to the cost of the purchased items. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email us at coffee@stradespresso.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsPlease inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable Items / ExceptionsSome products are not eligible for return, such as custom or personalized items, special orders, and factory seconds. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before starting a return.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, gifted products, or gift cards.
ExchangesThe fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have and place a new order after the return is approved.
RefundsOnce we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
