Shipping Policy

We send our products everywhere in the world via International Courier.

We normally ship the package within two or three business days after placing the order.

Please note that: Strad Espresso Maker has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.

Shipments outside of Spain are made through FedEx and DHL. For this we have the services of Metropoli Cuatro, SL.

Shipments in Spanish territory are made through MRW or Correos Express.

Orders in Spain generally take between 2-5 days, in Europe 1-2 weeks and the rest of the world 2 to 3 weeks.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds apply only to the cost of the purchased items. Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional charges are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, email us at coffee@stradespresso.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable Items / Exceptions

Some products are not eligible for return, such as custom or personalized items, special orders, and factory seconds. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before starting a return. We also do not accept returns on sale items, gifted products, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
