Once I decided to go for a manual espresso machine, the only thing left was to find the best possible one,and I found it! The moment I received it and started using it, I simply confirmed that the build is indeed solid and precise. It’s so beautiful in its simplicity, and with a bit of practice, the coffee result can be just as perfect as machines that cost three or four times more! What truly loved about, though,is Matias’s support.There’s no way you can send him an email with any question and not get a reply! Honestly,I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to an electric machine. Matías’ customer service is truly outstanding. Always responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure everything goes smoothly. I absolutely love the machine. I’m new to manual espresso, but the learning curve has been surprisingly quick, and I’m already getting great results and much better coffee than before. The level of control over the extraction is something I hadn’t experienced before, yet it’s intuitive and very rewarding. My daily coffee routine has completely changed for the better, and both my partner and I now look forward to every cup. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this product to anyone considering a manual lever espresso machine. The quality and design is top notch, and the responsiveness from the owner (Matias) has been outstanding. Even with the 11 hour time difference between us, Matias always took the time to send a timely and thoughtful email response to my questions. His pride of ownership and openness to suggestions for potential improvements is refreshing, and I look forward to seeing what’s next. I wish Matias nothing but continued success with his business.
I love the quality build and simplicity of this machine. I have been using an ECM for daily use but now enjoy using the Strad. It is quicker, simpler, and allows more hand-on control. Worth every penny.
